Family

We provide mediation and facilitated dialogue for most types of family disputes:

Family Business Matters – conflict around succession issues, management changes, or operational transitions.

Eldercare Issues – facilitated conversations between senior adults and their grown children, adult siblings with aging parents and/or their siblings, related to estates, medical wishes, care of the elder, and other transitions.

Parent and Youth – dialogue around privacy, trust, time management, behavior, step-parent/sibling conflict, establishing family agreements, and anything else.

Divorce, Relationship Splits – parenting arrangements, preliminary agreements in preparation for divorce, and modification of past agreements.

Any Family Dispute – providing a neutral place at the table for each party to be heard and guided discussion about how to move forward towards agreement, formally or not.
